The result from using a rejuvenating mask will not be long in coming. Therefore, a rejuvenating mask is a must before a meeting, going on a visit, speaking in public - when you need to be in shape in a short period of time.
Choose rejuvenating masks with lifting and relaxing effect - they are the most effective.
If the old anti-aging masks were produced exclusively in the form of creams or gels, today anti-aging masks with applicators have appeared, such as patches against wrinkles with collagen and retinol. They are easy to use: such a patch sticks to the problem area, and after a while the wrinkles will soften. There are also special applicators of anti-aging masks for whole areas - face and neck. They are impregnated strips with an active composition of a special material.
New skin can be refreshed with DIY anti-aging masks. Homemade cosmetics are not as effective for aging skin. However, it is sometimes worthwhile to pamper your face with vitamins, alternating masks purchased with natural ones.
Facial rejuvenation mask with honey
Mix 2 tablespoons of honey with a small minced apple and a tablespoon of olive oil. Apply the mixture in a thin layer on the skin. Leave for 3-4 minutes, then remove with a cotton swab dipped in warm milk.
Renewing yeast mask
Dilute the yeast to the consistency of sour cream, add olive oil to the mask and apply in layers on the face. First apply the first layer of rejuvenating mask, then after 3-4 minutes, when the layer is dry, apply the second. There are only three layers. Leave the yeast mask against aging for 20 minutes, then rinse with boiled or mineral water. The mask softens wrinkles, causes blood flow, which causes a slight redness on the face.
Herculean regenerating mask
Grind 100 g of oats wrapped in a coffee grinder, pour a glass of hot milk, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil, mix and apply a rejuvenating mask on face and neck for 20 minutes. After the procedure, be sure to apply a moisturizer to your face.
It's interesting
German scientists have created a link between wrinkles and the amount of vegetables and fruits we eat. It turned out that people who eat a lot of fruits and vegetables have much fewer wrinkles than those who eat less of them. Red fruits and vegetables are most effective in fighting wrinkles. For example, paprika, tomato, grapefruit. They are rich in antioxidants, especially vitamins A, C and E. They neutralize harmful oxidative reactions in the body that contribute to premature aging.
